Hi

Thanks for sharing. I have the similar case where I create a field called publish Yes/No(Checkbox) in the schema.xml and in the columns.xml(this xml will populate the column in the library). I need to set the value of this field depending on formats field (which is multichoice with ) and publish field(the current field), If the user does not select any format and the user select the publish field then it should return false, if both fields are selected only the result should be true.

My problem is below:

When I do not select the formats field (which will have the values red;blue;orange and the defaultforumla is =";#blue;#orange;#red;#") and select only the Publish field the defaultformula is not calculated. Do I have to do this differently.
