MOSS 2007 Search Workshop
I have a document library with several documents, like Word-, Excel and Textdocuments. The context search runs well on these documents. Now I want to save some of these documents somewhere else, for example in the file system (but no longer in the sharepoint). For this purpose I exchange the documents by an aspx-file which redirects to the new location of the file, so that the user gets the file as before, if he clicks on the aspx-file.
My problem is now, the search does not find the content of my files which are only linked by an aspx-file. I want that I can search for the content of the linked files and as search result I get the aspx-file shown.

Does anybody have a solution for this problem?
Thanks for any help.

How to configure your SharePoint extended IIS Web App for working with Silverlight 2 applications
Gotta love that Firefox winning formula. See what Opera does...then do exactly that. For a moment I thought Firefox was innovating with its "awesome bar" and even read several books on this problem ( http://www.ebook-search-queen.com/ ) But upon inspection, I found that typing "awesome bar" in opera displays...this page.

Geek Cruise: MOSS vs. EPIServer
Nice article and interesting experiment.

I just have to question were you say Moss developers spend most of their time in SharePoint Designer, not on any MOSS website project I have been involved with.
It was mostly in Visual Studio developing Custom Field Controls and user controls for the page functionality.

Hosting InfoPath 2007 forms in WSS v3 / MOSS 2007 pages.
NO you do not need Forms Server 2007 to host a infopath form. Here are some links to activate infopath service on MOSS and how to upload a infopath web form.

http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc262239.aspx

and

http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms772101.aspx

These links provide other links to help you setting up infopath with sharepoint. Good Luck
